PrepCafe provides its services to you, subject to the following Terms of Service subject to amended time to time with or without notice to you. You are requested to review the same before using this page as the usage of this page is subject to terms & conditions mentioned herein.
2. USAGE OF THIS SITE
www.PrepCafe.in is data bank of multiple choice questions for various NISM Certification Examinations as well as other Examinations which have been either asked in various examinations or developed by our experts. We do not guarantee the re-occurrences or repetition of questions in any of the examinations. Though we have taken due care in compiling the question bank but we are not responsible for any INCORRECT questions and answers. The Management of www.PrepCafe.in will not be responsible for any damages/consequences that might occur due to inclusion of some incorrect content or information in this site. The Management of www.PrepCafe.in will not assume any liability of copyright, or trademarks of the data as the similarity in the data bank may be merely a coincidence.
3. REGISTRATION INTO SITE
The registration to the website is compulsory for those who want to attempt the mock test and the same is being for security reasons as well as to have control on the usage of the site. The Management reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete any user, If the data or information provided by the user is inaccurate, not related or incomplete or if the user violated our terms and conditions in any manner. The Users are requested to provide accurate information as any correspondence will be sent on the address provided at the time of registration for inaccurate information i.e. email id or mobile no. the correspondence may not reach for which the management will not be responsible.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
PrepCafe believes in assisting its customers as far as possible in preparing them for the examinations. Due to the nature of the Mock Test products (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to “return” the product therefore we DO NOT offer refund or exchange after purchase is made. If you are having any issue with the access, payment, or have any questions, please write to us at info[at]prepcafe[dot]in, we will do our best to resolve the problem. Payment once made cannot be cancelled except under circumstances where PrepCafe is not able to deliver the services. PrepCafe would make generous attempt in delivering the services in all possible manner except for reasons beyond its control. Only under exceptional conditions where PrepCafe is not able to provide services, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. Such requests should be made by writing to info[at]prepcafe[dot]in within 10 days from the date of payment.
5. SUPPORT POLICY
5.1. Support channels
PrepCafe only provides product related support to verified customers via email. We DO NOT provide support via Facebook, or Twitter. We DO NOT offer phone support as well. We may request you to provide us your purchase details and website login when needed, in which case it will only be done through email to protect your confidential & secure details.
5.2. Support hours
Our general support hours are Monday to Friday (except public holidays), 10am to 6pm (IST). During this time, we generally reply to any support queries in order received within 24 hours depending on the issue complexity and our workload, whilst we are also commit to answer any queries outside of these hours within 36 hours.

If any dispute arises the jurisdiction will be Gurgaon (Haryana)
