About NISM Series XA Exam
The NISM Series XA Investment Adviser Level 1 Certification Examination is one of the most difficult certification examinations of NISM. This certification is one of the two certifications required to become an Investment Adviser, the other being NISM Series XB Investment Adviser Level 2 Certification Examination.
NISM Investment adviser Certification is one of the mandatory certifications which is required to become a registered investment adviser in India as per SEBI Investment Advisers Regulations 2013. Alternately, personnel obtaining either of Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM), International Certificate in Wealth & Investment Management (India) Certification, Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Wealth Management Certification (Advance Level) are eligible to apply to SEBI for becoming a Registered Investment Adviser.
