- No Refunds or Exchanges: Once a purchase of a Mock Test product is made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions for Refunds:

- Approval: Refund requests will be evaluated and approved only in exceptional cases where we are unable to provide the services as expected.
- Refund Timeframe: If a refund is approved, it will be processed in the same form as the original payment method. Refunds will be initiated within 10 working days from the date of the cancellation of the order.
Note: Please be aware that under normal circumstances, we do not provide refunds for Mock Test products. Refunds are only considered in cases where we are unable to deliver the services due to factors beyond our control.
